Your Orders
Brands.lk reserves the right to refuse any order you placed with the website. Brands.lk may, in its sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or delivery address. In the event that Brands.lk make a change to or cancel an order, you will notify by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. Brands.lk reserves the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by you.
Brands.lk Item Delivery Guidelines
The client (purchaser) must agree on the delivery terms prior to making the final payment.
- Any item ordered through the cart will be delivered within 4 weeks from the order date.
- A delivery appointment will be scheduled with the customer on orders exceeding LKR 500,000.00 only
- Delivery will be free for areas that are mentioned in the cart. Any delivery outside the mentioned geography will be applicable to the delivery charge.
- The client has to bare the cost of delivery and labor if the client fails to notify delivery cancelation within 24 hours prior to the delivery schedule.

Our return policy lasts 5 days. Any request for a return or refund after this period will not be accepted by Brands.lk. Item must be in original condition including labeling and packaging and unused is the minimum criteria for return or refund. Return will not be applicable for undergarments and lingeries. There should be a valid reason other than your liking to return an item. We have the right to refuse acceptance of an item return depending on the reason.
